Need To Make A Return?

Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, ALMOST everything is eligible for a return!

Return Eligibility Requirements

Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up, and damage free. 

Original Tags must be attached and intact. 

If you feel you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date. 

Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box must be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping. 

Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original box are subject to a restocking fee (this fee can vary from $5 to $25 depending on the original purchase price of the shoes).  

ALL return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Final Sale or On Sale items will not be accepted for return

How To Make A Return

Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during their return to Harper's Closet. 

Please include the original purchase receipt or a piece of paper with your name, email, and order number with your shipment. 

Feel free to use any mailing company such as USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS.

Returns are processed within 5 business days and you will be emailed when we process your return. 

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT UP TO 14 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER 14 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE.
